About Us
For over 20 years, PetResQ Ohio has taken in the animals others gave up on: the sick, the broken, the forgotten, and the ones who needed sanctuary, not just rescue.
Founded in 2006 as a private not-for-profit LLC and converted to a 501(c)(3) in 2013, PetResQ Ohio has spent years saving death-row dogs from euthanasia across Ohio and neighboring states, with a special focus on behavioral cases, medical recovery, rehabilitation, and lifelong sanctuary care.
